The public relation wing is responsible for the smooth maintenance of the relationship between the client and the customers. The public relation personnel develop interest, trust and belief about a company and their products among the public and also in the market field. In the modern industry these people are inevitable factors of the business world wide.

Public relation managers working in multinational companies face a lot of difficulties due to cultural differences and misunderstandings. This is because of the unawareness of the intercultural knowledge and corresponding languages. So it is globally suggested that all PR personnel should undergo intercultural awareness training for the sake of the multicultural business field. The unawareness about the cultural features of various countries will give a negative result to their campaign.

To make the PR campaign successful globally the concerned personnel should have a thorough knowledge about their cultural features and the respective languages. Since the culture has got very good influence over language nobody is dare enough to make a compromise in between them. High care should be taken to avoid cultural differences and misunderstandings while translating documents and catalogues which are commonly used to make aware the public about the products and the company. It can be perfectly maintained by the double checking process among the PR personnel. So it will be better to attain the language proficiency as well as the cross cultural awareness by all PR personnel to make the PR campaign a grant success.

While attending meetings such as interviews and press conferences the PR personnel should arrange the talking subjects within the framework of the intercultural features and the style of the corresponding languages. This is very important because the language style and the content usage differ across culture. Hence the PR personnel should represent such meetings with proper preparation and review of the situation in advance, or this may produce some inverse result to the organization representing.

In the case of writing contexts the way of writing should be in a manner to insist the people of certain culture or society to read the article. There must have some attraction in the style of writing with respect to the culture. People of certain culture prefer colorful writings, because according to their cultural features it is a matter of inspiration among the people. In other cases certain people get motivated by the tone of the language style.  Thus in the writing contexts also there has been some valuable influential features in the religious and cultural field of mankind.

The PR personnel have been using so many modern communication Medias for the publicity of their products and the company. These communications devices may not be welcome by certain countries which are culturally poor. In such countries the PR personnel have to implement some local alternatives of communication to have a successful outcome to their campaign. The materials which have been using for the publicity of the business should be examined cross culturally, because some materials have features to produce cultural sensitivity.

Hence to make the PR campaign a success the PR personnel should make a total cross cultural assessment to avoid cross cultural differences and misunderstandings.
